About Grace Young Artistry
Grace Young is a member of the National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society. She is self-taught artist started since her younger years working in oil pastel, and on to layered acrylic and mixed media. Her practice is grounded in memory and emotion, translating lived experience into textured, atmospheric compositions. She is currently attending Abstract Mixed Media classes at Mark Arts Wichita, Kansas.
After an extended period away from painting, she returned with a focused and deliberate approach-establishing a body of work defined by restraint, material depth, and a refined sensitivity to light and surface.
Grace's paintings are not depictions of place but distillations-where landscape becomes a vessel for presence, stillness, and release. Through palette knife and gestural brushwork, she constructs surfaces that hold both tension and quiet, balancing structure with intuitive mark-making.

Mission
Grace Young Artistry exists to create emotionally driven, textured abstract paintings that capture the essence of memory, place, and feeling. Each piece is a reflection of lived experience-translated into color, movement and depth-designed to bring a sense of calm, luxury, and emotional connection into the spaces they live in.
Vision
To create a world through my paintings-a place where people can escape, feel, and remember. I want my work to reflect the beauty of the places I've been, the emotions I've carried, and the peace I've searched for. Through every layer and every color, my vision is to turn chaos into something calm, and memories into something lasting.
